For those following FTML, you'll note the absolute nature of a short last week on the 1st Sept 2014 with their Interim Results. To the surprise (of at least me) Nick Simpkin has left the Board of Berkeley with immediate effect. The issue for myself was the wording of trading that had "reverted to normal transaction levels." To me that said Berkeley Grp Hlds (BKG) was over cooked on the market! See chart for validation...
